Leaves obovate to elliptic, dentate.
Flowers axillary, reddish lilac with dark violet centre and 0–5 small, yellow dots below
each upper lobe.
Flowers in Spring.
Found in the Renosterveld.
Should be sown in Autumn when the difference between day and night temperatures is about 12°C .
