“Parsley Tree”

Small to medium deciduous tree or straggly shrub.
Suitable for low maintenance garden.
Papery, smooth bark peeling off horizontally leaving ring-like scars.
Leaves smell like parsley or parsnips when crushed.
Small green or yellow flowers arranged in umbels.
