A book of water colour paintings, largely commoner trees collected over 28 years, with an occasional plant creeping in that is not a tree.
Each tree dealt with is illustrated by a colour plate showing fruits, flowers, leaves and part of the stem.
All done life sized unless otherwise stated.
Each coloured plate is accompanied by a habitat photograph of the tree and an inset showing the bark.
