Usually single-stemmed shrublet up to 35cm.
Leaves are felt-textured, grey, becoming smaller up the stem
With flowers in terminal clusters, white bracts very showy
The buds have rosy-coloured pointed bracts.
Should be sown in Autumn when the difference between day and night temperatures is about 12°C.
