A tufted, stemless, perennial with a basal rosette of crenate-toothed leaves
Flower heads on short stalk; outer petals pink, mauve or white with a yellow centre from September to March
Grows on rocky outcrops or in rock crevices
Should be sown in Autumn when the difference between day and night temperatures is about 12°C.
