Description
This tall flowering plant grows solitary or in small groups in marshy places.
They have dull green distichous leaves and mostly yellow or, rarely, salmon pink flowers.
Stamens are only slightly exerted from the long slender perianth tubes at anthesis and later withdrawn.
Main flowering time is summer.
