Perennial herb, 0.6-0.9 m high.
Leaves 9-10 times as long as broad.
Flowers white or pale yellowish tinted purplish outside.
Found in rocky outcrops, sandy soil and often disturbed places e.g. roadsides
Plant is poisonous to livestock, but can be used medicinally
