The stem is fleshy, deep green, has well marked ribs
Having small leaves of intense green color that are placed on the ribs, at the base of the spine
With delicate bell-shaped flowers growing at the apex of the plant next to the thorns.
Should be sown in Spring when the difference between day and night temperatures is about 12°C.
