Description
“Forest Cabbage-tree”
- 25 seeds per packet
A tall slender tree up to 25m high.
Straight stem and sparsely branched towards the top.
Each branch has a neat, dense rounded head of leaves at the tip.
Inflorescence takes 2 years to develop. After leaves drop, it leaves candelabras of yellowish green flowers.
Should be sown in Autumn when the difference between day and night temperatures is about 12°C.
