0.5m tall clump forming, stemless plant, suckering habit.
Greyish green leaves in erect rosettes.
Young plants can be white-spotted on both leaf surfaces, mature plants have faint lines.
White teeth on the leaf margins.
Loose panicles of branches with red racemes of flowers in Winter.
Should be sown in Spring when the difference between day and night temperatures is about 12°C.
