“Hottentots-cherry”
Grows to a 3m shrub/tree,
With greyish scaly bark,
Having dark green leaves,
Producing very small whitish to dull yellow flowers in Winter
Growing red berries,
A foodplant, wood used for musical instruments.
Should be sown in Autumn when the difference between day and night temperatures is about 12°C.
