Robust mound-forming shrub up to 1m tall.
Erect branches, cylindrical shiny leaves covered in papillae.
Dark purple to pink flowers in Spring, 10mm in diameter.
Should be sown in Spring when the difference between day and night temperatures is about 12°C.
